Developing or not

It is clear that the decision whether or not to develop yourself  leads to very different paths of life. What do these different paths look like, and what are the advantages or disadvantages when you develop yourself or not?
These questions can only be answered if you first know where you are now, if you know what your starting point is. Where are we as a humanity in our development?

Starting point

We come from the 300,000 year long cosmic night. During this very long period of time we were meant to increasingly connect ourselves to matter.
Originally, we are light beings with a very high vibratory level. In order to be able to connect ourselves to matter, our vibratory level had to become lower.

To make that possible we could only very partially resolve our trauma. The only level where we could resolve our trauma, was the soul level.
We couldn’t resolve our trauma at our higher levels, even though this trauma has an immediate influence on our personality. Even in our plan of creation, blockages were built in with the intention of lowering our vibratory level.
Besides these individual problems, we were also given problems at a family level to help us lower our vibratory level. Our family on Earth had family patterns, from which family dynamics derive. These patterns kept us in an energetic cage as it were. Even the plan of creation of our family on the level of being was adjusted to meet the goal of the cosmic night.

So, nothing has been spared to help us with our assignment in the cosmic night. It was obviously not easy to lower our vibratory level as light beings to such a degree that we could connect ourselves to matter.

It indeed is unbelievable how much pain, emotion, anger and frustration have accumulated in us at the end of the cosmic night, but we’re still healthy and well able to function. There is only one conclusion: How well are we constructed!

In sum, our starting point is that everybody carries a huge cosmic night past with all fears, emotions, frustrations and unexpressed anger that it entails. This pile of unresolved past of course grossly determines our actions, for example, the way in which we handle ourselves and the outside world. The expression ‘you judge others’ character by your own’ is completely correct. We handle the outside world the way our inside world is. The large-scale environmental pollution is a direct consequence of this principle.

Two roads

The decision to develop yourself or not leads to two very different roads of life. The choice to make is, will I work on this unresolved past or not.
What do these two different roads look like?

What might your road look like if you’re not resolving your past consciously?
You grow up as a child, finish your school, have a job, marry, have children, your job feels like an obligation after a couple of years because you have to earn a living, you increasingly watch television at night, your marriage is not what it used to be, you live alongside each other, have more fights, you have your fears, you develop ailments and have to take more medicine.
In short, life is pretty tough.

What might your road look like if you decide to develop yourself?
You grow up as a child, you marry and have children, but at the same time you feel that there is more. You begin a search within yourself, you ask yourself the questions ‘who am I, what do I want with this life’, you take responsibility for yourself. Even though your job isn’t always fulfilling, you have this inner search as a counterpart. You get in touch with likeminded people and even though the beginning of this road is often difficult, you feel an increasing amount of space surrounding you and you develop more and more insights. This stimulates your will to continue this inner road of discovery. You watch television less because it simply doesn’t interest you, if your partner chooses the same development, the relationship can become more profound, if your partner doesn’t choose this, you will increasingly grow apart. You have less and less fears, you conquer your patterns, you’re vital and you more and more feel like the captain on your own ship.
In short, life is a challenge.

Obviously, these are stereotypes and actual life usually isn’t  this black and white, but these descriptions make clear what the effect may be of not looking inward and of looking inward.

The underlying difference between the two roads

If you don’t develop consciously, you basically follow a road that society has set out for you, you follow the beaten path.
It is perfectly obvious that our society is still based on the principles of the cosmic night, in which a fear of lack is the guiding principle.
Our society is therefore constructed to train people that can contribute to economic growth. Therefore, the entire school system is aimed at this. For the same reason, society assumes that we can only partially resolve our unresolved past. This expresses itself in the fact that in regular medicine, symptoms aren’t resolved, but suppressed (think of a pain killer). If you can’t really resolve your unresolved past, it makes little sense to turn inward, for you will meet your own restrictions there and can change relatively little about it.
The path that society paves for you, is therefore a relatively shallow road, it is the path of convention, of manners, of how things are supposed to be. This is why you see all kinds of external entertainment is created, with the television as the main example.

The path in which you develop yourself is the road inwards. An increasing number of people follow this road because they feel the change of the Zeitgeist. For this reason, spirituality is ‘hot’. It takes courage to follow this path, by doing this you turn away from the paved path and start following your own inner path. You will learn to listen to your feeling and your intuition. They become your compass. Intuition and feeling are both female aspects in us, while our current society is still completely focuses on developing our intellect, a male aspect.
Your inner world is so rich and enchanting that your need for external entertainment, such as television, becomes less and less.
Alternative healing is so popular because it doesn’t follow the principle of suppressing, but of truly resolving the symptoms.

Short and long term

At first glance, following the paved path seems to be the easy way. If you look a little deeper, it  proves not to be the case.
Due to the enormous amount of unresolved past inside us, people generally function reasonably healthy during the first forty years of their lives. After that, they often develop all kinds of spiritual and physical ailments and illnesses if you don’t work on yourself. They can make life difficult, painful and even almost unbearable. Life will literally become a burden.

Although it takes courage to leave the beaten path and follow your own road, and although this road is certainly not always easy, it is the road of the long term.
The chance that you remain healthy and vital is significantly bigger. Moreover, it is wonderful to have a challenge in your life and to be captain of your own life. It makes life rich and fulfilling. It is the way to true happiness and love.
Obviously you will run into pain if you start resolving your unresolved past, but this pain isn’t as big as the pain that sickness can cause, they sometimes seem inhumane. The pain that you can feel during developments is transitory, while the pain of diseases is often
permanent and usually only become worse.

The road inward is mostly the road of the long term, everybody has to deal with their unresolved past at some point. If you choose the road of the beaten path now, you only add more unresolved past.
The changing Zeitgeist will make us, as humanity, increasingly clear that we have to take another road, the road of development. This road is not only wholesome for ourselves, but our beautiful Earth needs us to start developing, to start cleaning up our inner world, so that we no longer contaminate our outside world unnecessarily.

Why developmental pain?

In the cosmic night we have acquired an enormous amount of unresolved past in order to be able to connect ourselves to matter.
Now that the cosmic day has begun we are meant to rise in vibratory level again, we are meant to reconnect ourselves to the Divine again from our connection to matter. But we can only do this if we resolve all the misery, the sandbags that made our balloon descend, inside us.

When you do this, you will encounter on your way back, all the pain and misery you weren’t able to resolve during your path through the cosmic night. If you went through a tunnel on your way out, you will go through a tunnel on your way in.
This happens in a more or less chronological order.

So, you will inevitably encounter this unresolved past if you want to develop. Luckily there are the possibilities that the cosmic day offers to make this process of resolving as easy and fast as possible.

Cosmic day possibilities

Transmuting is a cosmic day possibility, in which you almost literally let the light of the day shine on the dark inside you, in other words: your unresolved parts from the cosmic night. Because light is of a higher order than the dark, the dark will disappear immediately.
This is also the case if you transmute your unresolved past, except of course when you still have to learn something from this unresolved past.
Transmutation still has meaning then, because the unresolved past will immediately dissolve completely at the moment you learned what you had to learn. Usually this learning what you have to learn exists of only facing the piece of unresolved past.

Inner counteraction

Fear is our biggest enemy in this process, in that we counteract the inner process out of fear.
We see this very clearly in the different reactions of people to our treatments. When we take the Fulfill your Life’s Purpose treatment as an example, there are people who move on wings through the processes of this treatment, and there are people who make the flow of this process difficult out of an unconscious fear of facing what they have to learn one more time.
Even though the total process of resolving the past takes longer, the result will be the same, you feel freed from a burden, you’re better anchored within yourself, and have more courage to be who you are.

Summary

We have acquired an enormous pile of unresolved past in the cosmic night, which had the higher purpose of being able to connect ourselves to matter.
The cosmic day is now increasingly dawning and offers possibilities to resolve this past as fast and easy as possible.
Even though it requires courage to develop yourself and thus turn away from the path paved by society, it is a road that is stimulated by the changing Zeitgeist, which is causing more and more people to search for who they are and question the meaning of life.
Following the paved path of society, apparently seems to be the easiest way, but in essence it is the hardest way, because it eventually makes your life a burden.
Developing on the other hand gives you a source of inspiration, it makes your life meaningful and completely worth living.

‘If you don’t move towards your inner problems,
life will bring them to you.’
