You can choose between the standard Neutralization Connection house and a made-to-order Connection.
Standard Neutralization Connection house
A square surface area of 85 x 85 ft is neutralized with the standard Neutralization Connection house. This is amply sufficient for almost every family home and the adjacent garden. When your home and garden fit into this surface area, you choose this option. The price for the standard Neutralization Connection house is € 340,-
Made-to-order Neutralization Connection house
All bigger squares or differently shaped surface areas can be neutralized with the made-to-order Neutralization Connection house.
Calculation price made-to-order
For a surface area up to 2.5 acres:
€ 0.50 per 10 square ft, with a minimum price of € 340,-
Add € 40,- for the made-to-order.
The minimum price (for surface areas up to 2.5 acres) is therefore € 380,-
For a surface area bigger than 2.5 acres:
€ 0.125 per 10 square ft, with a minimum price of € 500,-
Add € 40,- for the made-to-order.
The minimum price (for surface areas bigger than 2.5 acres) is therefore € 540,-
We advise you to also neutralize your garden. If you wish to do so, count the surface area of the garden in when you order.
Uploading a map
When you order the made-to-order Connection from our online store, you will be asked to upload a map of your house and garden or terrain.
Made-to-order: rectangular or irregular
With made-to-order you can choose between:
A neutralization in a rectangular shape in which your house and garden fit.
A neutralization that exactly follows the outlines of your house and garden.
When you choose the second option, you indicate the amount of square feet of the surface area on the map.
If the surface area of the building and/or the terrain unknown to you, you can ask for the exact measurements at the land registry in your area.
It is important to accurately send us the amount of square feet, because the final neutralization will be exactly the size of the amount of square feet you tell us.

You will receive the exact price for this made-to-order Connection after you have made an application. Based on this quotation you can then confirm or change your order.
